Florin Gets Embarrassed 52-0

Florin jumped on a bus and traveled to Fairfield. The Panthers should have stopped off at Six Flags in Vallejo and called it a day. Florin was ambushed 52-0.
The Lady Panthers wilted in the heat. In another 100 degree day in the Sacramento region, Florin quit after multiple misplays, misques and disappointments. Meanwhile, Fairfield was slicing through the Panther defense like a hot knife through butter, executing the same plays Florin runs, but better.
The Falcons are fast.
Fairfield has a dynamic duo of track stars. QB Aubrey Stewart according to Athletic.net runs a 13.15 100 meters. RB Sariah Williams ran a 13.28. In layman's terms, these girls can fly! Williams and Stewart combined for 4 touchdowns.
The announcer claimed if Fairfield put up 50, everyone in the crowd would bet free Whoppers from Burger King. The way the Panthers played defense that night, they must have wanted some free burgers themselves. The Panther offense couldn’t do much better.

The closest the Panthers got to the end zone was a beautiful thrown pass from Jayda Lewis to Zavanna Payne on a post route. Payne got loose, but of course got ‘falconed’ by Williams after a 40 yard gain. In other words, the Fairfield safety caught Payne at the 10 yard line.
Florin wouldn’t sniff the end zone again.
“As embarrassing as this game was, these types of games are easier to swallow than the tough losses like the Kennedy triple overtime, giving up a TD with 6 seconds left on the clock. We were never in this one”, Coach Mike Harris told Elite Blue Chip after the brutal loss to Fairfield. “It is disappointing because going into league, we believed the Fairfield series would determine the GSL (Greater Sacramento League)”, Coach Noelle Marquez added.
Coach Harris said, “We need to learn how to compete when life doesn’t go our way. We can’t quit. We control our effort, focus and mindset. We can’t poke holes in our own boat.”

The Panthers will take on the Elk Grove Thundering Herd at home the following day. As a result, Florin has no other choice but to bounce back if it has any Panther PRIDE.
Every game from here on out will be a catfight.
